Shipping & Returns
Wet Woody’s currently ships right from our office on St. John to the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the USVI. All items are shipped via USPS Flat Rate shipping. All orders are charged an initial flat rate of $6.00. Large orders may incur additional charges. Customers with large orders will be contacted to verify the additional charges required for shipment. All orders placed through the online store will typically be processed within 1–4 business days.
Wet Woody’s is not responsible for items damaged during shipment.
Items purchased through the Wet Woody’s online store may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original unopened, unused, and unwashed condition along with a copy of the original receipt. Shipping charges from the original purchase cannot be refunded. Please contact Wet Woody’s at 340-776-3636 to coordinate returns. In an exchange situation, please place a new order online and proceed with returning your original order according to the above procedure.
